Joy Zipper
These two have been around for a few years but I had to give them praise anyway. Frankly I’m shocked they aren’t a little more popular but for all us indie music fans I’m grateful they’re still a well-kept secret. Tabitha Tindale and Vincent Cafiso compliment each other well in sound and with their lyrics. Another band slightly influenced by the Beatles and yet they found a way to make that sound their own. One tune will have you in the mood to move while another is better suited to unwinding after a long hard day. Pixies fans, check out “1″ for a taste of Joy Zipper’s garage sound.
