Paper Route hails from Nashville, TN, a city known for its southern rockers and country musicians. Paper Route aims to add some shoegaze and indie rock to that list with their recent EP, Are We All Forgotten. Grab yourself a decent pair of headphones, maximize your browser, and dim the lights. Then, head to the EP’s web site. The site is merely an extension of the EP, a ‘video track’ if you will. It sends listeners to a world of swelling keyboards and quixotic vocals…at least for the 20 minutes and 30 seconds the album plays. The video is simple but the color overlays enhance the music tenfold. My favorite track is “Waiting For The Final Leaf To Fall” with “You Kill Me” a close second.
