Little Boots
Little Boots is currently heading an electro indie pop female fronted storm alongside the likes of La Roux, Chew Lips, LadyHawke and Florence & The Machine.
The elegantly stylish and stunning Victoria Hesketh hails from Blackpool, England, and has caused quite a stir on both sides of the Atlantic with her debut album ‘Hands’. Already popular tracks such as ‘New In Town’, ‘Stuck On Repeat’ and ‘Meddle’ have been well received and remixed copiously. The latest single, ‘Remedy,’ is no exception.
Remedy is one of the most polished track on Little Boots’ debut album, with the help of flavour of the month producer RedOne the track sounds more Lady GaGa than anything else, not a bad thing by any account, but the track feels somewhat out of place on the album.
A good single release which will appeal to a more mainstream crowd but still be a guilty pleasure for hipsters and indie music fans alike.
Remedy is released on August 16th, Hands is available now.
