Egyptian Hip Hop

posted by Chris on December 1, 2009

The name Egyptian Hip Hop conjures up all kinds of images. Images which are probably as far away from this Manchester four piece, all of whom are only 17, as physically possible.

Egyptian Hip Hop don’t have much to their name right now, there are only a couple of tracks available to listen to from the band. These tracks, however, offer quality rather than quantity, promising spectacular things from the band in the imminent future.

Both ‘Heavenly’ and ‘Rad Pitt’ feel nostalgic and laid back, accompanied by some unpolished but fitting vocals both tracks deserve the hype.

The band are as yet unsigned, don’t expect this to last long though with a host of labels clamouring to put pen to paper.

similar of Passion Pit. I think if they dropped the 80′s synth they’d be better off, nothing wrong with regular piano.

Tip top stuff. I’ll expect more now.
